Website Terms
About this website
This website is operated by Pony Pals Lakeland CIC. By using it you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always this page.
Content and use
Text, photography and layout on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to link to any page; please do not reproduce course materials or images without asking — journal articles may be shared for personal learning with attribution.
Bookings
Workshop places are booked and confirmed as described on our Booking Terms page, which forms part of these terms.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep course details, prices and dates correct and change them rarely — but if we do change something after you book, you keep the terms you booked under.
Liability
We provide this site “as is” and are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
