Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you enquire or book; and booking correspondence. We keep a record of workshop bookings for administration.

Why we collect it

To answer enquiries, run bookings, send joining instructions, and — only if you subscribed — to send our occasional newsletter. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets two functional cookies: one remembering your cookie choice, one keeping your enquiry form session working. We run no advertising or third-party analytics trackers. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not convert are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept seven years, as business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every email.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We answer every request within one month.
