Booking Terms

Booking a place

Places are reserved by email or telephone and confirmed once payment is received in full — by card over the phone or by bank transfer. A booking confirmation with joining instructions is sent within two working days.

Prices

Prices are per person as shown on each workshop page and include everything listed under “What’s included”. Concessionary places for under-18s accompanying a paying adult and for local community groups are available on request.

Changing your date

You may move to any alternative course date free of charge if you tell us at least 14 days before your booked date. Within 14 days we will try to fill your place from the waiting list; if we can, you may move or receive a refund.

Cancellations by you

Cancellations more than 14 days before the date receive a full refund. Inside 14 days, refunds are not available because tutors, models and places are already committed — but your place can be gifted to a friend or converted to a voucher valid twelve months.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel a day (illness, named storms, or under-subscription below the minimum of three), you choose between a full refund, credit, or the next suitable date. We give as much notice as we honestly can and never cancel for mere weather.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for twelve months from purchase, are transferable, and can be put towards any workshop or private day. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Equipment & responsibility

Loan equipment is provided in good order and remains our responsibility while in use on the day. Participants are responsible for their own kit, and for their own personal safety outdoors; we brief every location and ask you to follow it.

Photography & privacy

We take a few photographs on workshop days for our own journal and social proof of the farm’s teaching. Tell us on the day if you would rather not appear, and we will keep you out of every frame.
